Ben Started his journey at McDonald’s, after graduated from high school in Bali. Then, from 2005-2012 he lived in Australia to study at Hotel Management School for his Bachelor and he worked with diverse Food and Beverage businesses & hotels in Adelaide, Port Douglas, Perth and Melbourne.
While completing his Master in Business and Politics at Monash University in 2008, Ben started working for the hotel chain Sofitel where he was exposed to luxury brand hotel management. After almost 8 years in Australia, he joined an exchange program with European Union for Trade and service, before settling back to Bali.
Let’s Makan was his first Bali restaurant consultant venture. It secured several works for small businesses such as the Sayan House, Anomali, Pipiltin Cocoa, Bali Bohemia and other institutions.
He has also started investing in some popular café brands whilst managing Prodigi Nusa Sekawan as the Director of Operations.
Ben personally involves in bringing one of the world most popular beach clubs, Cafe Del Mar into Bali. He helped the brand secure the land, joint venture structure, legality and investment. To this day he sits on the board of Commissioners of Cafe Del Mar Bali.
For the sport motorbike hobbyist, all his journeys are not to create the best restaurant, but to be in the game long enough by staying relevant to our customers.
A digital enthusiast, A photography hobbyist and an outdoor sports freak: A lady of many talents, Herlia Adisasmita, is one of the founders of Prodigi Nusa Sekawan restaurant consultant. Having worked in some different industries, such as Information Technology and Hospitality, she possesses an extensive public relations and marketing consultant experience in her pocket.
Started her flavoursome Food & Beverage journey with Sarong Group, the biggest restaurants group in Bali owned by a celebrity chef, Will Meyrick, Lia is currently embarking on her own venture. She sits as the Marketing Director of Prodigi Nusa Sekawan, putting her 18-year experience and expertise into growing a number of businesses.
Apart from the business, she personally involves in Wonderful Indonesia digital branding, an international campaign belongs to Indonesia's Ministry of Tourism. She engages Indonesian expats all over the world and establishes Generation of Wonderful Indonesia, the campaign's supporting communities.
Her endeavours in some different parts of the world have created countless learning curves earned from the organizations she has been a part of throughout her career. Prior to the current occupations, Lia worked for BIMC Hospital Bali, BIASA Boutique, Artaaj Events Dubai, one of Indonesia's strongest e-commerce companies Bhinneka.com and the biggest online portal news in Indonesia Detik.com.
Aside from extensive traveling for leisure and business, expanding more establishments around Bali island is next in row for her.
